Making Table Name or Number Card Templates

When planning your big wedding day, ok so you have decided you are making all your wedding stationery, including the table names or numbers.

If you have decided on a theme for your wedding, you could choose to name your tables after particular things within the theme.

eg: You have decided on a theme of blue butterflies, therefore you have added little pretty blue butterfly embellishments throughtout your wedding stationery. You could now name your tables after breeds of butterflies eg; Chalkhill Blue, Holly Blue, Adonis Blue.

So once your theme or colour has been chosen, you can decide on names for your wedding tables. This adds a little fun, and a little change in planning your day. Your seating plan can then hold all the guests names, allocated to a particular named table.

When making table name cards, it is best to use a nice substantial card to print them on; 250gsm-300gsm. You could use A4 size card, then print and cut them to A6, this is great if you have all the correct tools to do the job, but if you dont have the correct equipment, it is probably best best to print directly onto A6 size card.

Using printable wedding table card numbers/names, makes the whole process a lot easier. All our printables have a text area box, so you can add personal details and the name of the table.
